READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY
Before assembling table, make sure all parts are
present. Compare parts with contents list. If any
part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble, install, or operate the product.
Contact customer service for replacement parts.
Table Assembly
(Fig. F-L)
1. Place the base trim bracket
2. Insert the table top post
3. Using the base bolt - M6 x 35 mm
mounting bracket

the bottom of the base assembly. Tighten the base bolt
M6 x 35 mm until snug. (Fig H)
4. Take the foot rest

and orient it so the ring is up. Slide
the foot rest ring onto the table top post
rest can be positioned anywhere on the table top post.
The foot rest is secured to the table top post by using
the foot rest bolt - M6 x 12 mm
5. Place the table top mounting bracket

. The table top mounting bracket
has a specific orientation to be installed properly. The
flat face of the table top mounting bracket should be on
top. Using two (2) of the bolt - M6 x 14 mm
the table top mounting bracket onto the table top
post. (Fig J)
6. Place the table top

. Line up the holes and start threading in the
remaining four screws - M6 x 14 mm
the bottom side of the table top mounting bracket.
Once all four (4) screws have been started, they can be
tightened down in a criss-cross pattern to secure the
table top to the table top mounting bracket.
7. Remove the protective file that has been applied to
the table top
