WHAT YOU MUST DO TO OBTAIN LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICE
Send your Cy•Fi product with proof of purchase directly to Cy•Fi. The following proce-
dures must be followed: contact Cy•Fi at warranty@mycyfi.com for a warranty service
authorization number and shipping instructions. Products received by Cy•Fi without a
warranty service authorization number will be refused.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the
original proof of purchase from an authorized Cy•Fi dealer. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF
Cy•Fi SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE Cy•Fi
PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL Cy•Fi BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUEN-
TIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the exclusion
or limitation of relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the
limitation of liability to specified amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you.
OTHER CONDITIONS
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This Limited Warranty is void if the Cy•Fi
product serial number has been removed or defaced, or if the Cy•Fi product is not
purchased from an authorized dealer.
ARBITRATION
This Limited Warranty is governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the
laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law provisions. You agree
that all disputes relating to this Limited Warranty or your use of any Cy•Fi Product will be
resolved by confidential binding arbitration in accordance with the then-current rules of
the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, California , USA. The prevailing party in
any arbitration shall be entitled to recover all of its reasonable costs of the arbitration, including
attorneys' fees and costs, from the non-prevailing party.
