BEFORE USING THE MIXER
Before using the mixer, make sure that the speed selector is in position 0 and
that the power cord is disconnected from the outlet.
1. Choose the accessories you want depending on the task you are going to do:
The whisk accessories to easily work doughs, whip cream and egg whites and
prepare mayonnaises and purees. They are also especially suitable for mixing or
whipping sauces and powders to prepare puddings.
The kneading sticks are ideal for preparing consistent yeast doughs and easily
potato doughs for casseroles and potato tortillas.
2. Insert the whisk accessories or the kneading rods.
Note: Make sure that both the whisk accessories and the kneading rods are
well positioned in the receptacles; otherwise, the operation of the machine
could be affected.
Note: Both types of accessories cannot be used at the same time.
