INSTRUÇÕES IMPORTANTES DE SEGURANÇA / IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
USING THE DOUGH MIXER
1. With the gear selector in the mixer accessory eject position, connect the plug
to the outlet.
2. Set the speed selector to the desired speed and start whisking. The mixer will
run at full speed when you press the instant power button. Tip: Always start at a
slow speed and gradually increase it to prevent ingredients from splashing out
of the bowl. When adding dry ingredients use the lowest speed to avoid splas-
hing.
3. The maximum duration of the periods of continuous operation must not
exceed 5 minutes, and between two consecutive cycles the appliance must be
allowed to refuel for a minimum of 10 minutes. When preparing yeast doughs, it
is advisable to set the speed selector to positions 1 or 2 and then operate the
maximum speed for optimum results.
When you have finished whisking, set the speed selector to the beater attach-
ment eject position and disconnect the plug from the outlet.
4. Remove the remains that have adhered to the whisk accessories or the tie
rods with a rubber or wooden spatula.
5. To remove the whisk attachment or the kneading rods, hold the shafts loosely
with your fingers, place the gear selector in the eject position and press firmly
down.
Make sure the plug is disconnected from the outlet before removing the whisk
accessories or the kneading rods.
CLEANING
1. Unplug the appliance and wait until it has completely cooled down before
cleaning.
2. Clean the outer surface of the appliance with a damp cloth and dry it with a
soft dry cloth.
3. Clean the cord if it has been soiled with the ingredients.
4. Wash whisk accessories and dough rods in warm soapy water and dry. Whisk
accessories and kneading sticks can be put in the dishwasher.
