What to do if .....
Problem Reason
Heart rate Appears in the measurement
symbol condition and flashes when
pulse is detected.
Low battery Appears when the battery
indicator voltage is excessively low or the
positions of the batteries are
incorrect.
Measuring Appears when the accurate
error blood pressure and pulse could
not be obtained.
E1 shows The cuff is not secure.
E2 shows The cuff is very tight.
E 10 or The monitor detected motion,
talking or the pulse is too poor
E 11 shows
while measuring.
E 20 shows The measurement process does
not detect the pulse signal.
E 21 shows Measure incorrectly.
EE 3 - EE15 Error while measuring.
Solution
• Measurement in progress, remain quiet.
• Replace all four batteries with new ones.
Insert the batteries in the correct
positions. Be aware of +/- positions.
• Press "start/stop" button again and
remeasure.
• Check if cuff is wrapped according
to instructions.
• Check that there are no kinks in tube.
• Check that hand is relaxed.
• Check if talking or moving
during measurement.
• Check if posture is correct.
• Refasten the cuff and then measure again.
• Refasten the cuff and then measure again.
• Relax for a minimum of 1 minute and then
measure again.
• Ensure there is no clothing between the cuff
and the arm, and no constriction on the arm
from clothing, then measure again.
• Relax for a minimum of 1 minute and then
measure again.
• Retake the measurement. If the problem
persists, contact the retailer or our customer
service department for further assistance.
