3.5.17 - Timer activation and deactivation
Once set, the timer programs can either be activated or deactivated depending on occasional needs.
Activation may relate to one of the two programs or both.
In particular, each time you press key B11 (Programs activation), situation changes as follows:
• Use of Program no. 1 only.
• Use of Program no. 2 only.
• Use of Programs 1 and 2.
• Disuse of both programs.
3.5.18 - Reset of all the remote control functions (only for
Pressing the B10 (RESET) key will reset all the remote control settings.
In so doing, all the time settings of the timer saved in the remote control are cancelled and the remote control
restores all the factory settings.
Furthermore, always by pressing the key B10, all the symbols appear on the display thus making it possible
to check the integrity of the display itself.
3.5.19 - Managing the unit if the remote control is not available
In the event of loss of the remote control, battery depletion or malfunction of the remote control, the air
conditioner can only be operated automatically by pressing the microswitch located under the hole on the
console using a pointed object.
To switch off the air conditioner, press the microswitch again.
From the moment the remote control becomes available again, restore normal air conditioning control by
issuing any command via the remote control.
3.6 - RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ENERGY SAVINGS
Below find simple recommendations for reducing consumption:
• Always and constantly keep the filters clean (see maintenance and cleaning chapter).
• Keep the doors and windows of the rooms to be climate controlled closed.
• Avoid the sun's rays penetrating freely into the room (we recommend using curtains or lowering blinds or
closing the shutters).
• Do not obstruct the unit air flow (inlet and outlet), i.e. in addition to bad performance of the system, it also
affects correct operation and the possibility of irreparable faults to the units.
