Dear Customer,
This information will help you use and handle the batteries
safely and as intended and, if necessary, to dispose of them.
This manual is part of the product. Read it carefully and
follow all instructions to ensure a long service life and reliable
usability. Keep it for future reference. Please include this
manual when passing the unit on to third parties.
Declaration of conformity
Product: Batteries for the power unit. This device
complies with the basic requirements of the
following guidelines: EN 55032, EN 55035,
EN 61000 as well as 2011/65/EU – RoHS
Complaint process
Imtech GmbH & Co. KG carries the legal warranty
obligation for this product. This service applies to material
and manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase must be
kept to determine the warranty period.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Failure to observe the operating instructions, improper or
incorrect handling, installation or use, as well as damage,
scratches or wear. Nor in the case of unauthorized
changes, opening of the casing, interventions or repairs
as well as damage from other devices, acts of God or
transport.
If you would like to make a claim, please send us an email
with a detailed description of the defect and your contact
details for possible questions to service@imatjet.com –
we will then inform you of the next steps.

Intended Use
These batteries are only intended to be used as the power
supply of the iMatJet® power unit. Any other use is not
permitted. The electrical components of the iMatJet® are
designed and approved exclusively for use by imtech GmbH
& Co. KG. They may not be used for any other purpose. Use
in products from competitors or for commercial purposes is
not permitted.
Suitability of Users
Unsupervised children must not have access to the device.
Make sure that children cannot play with the device. This
equipment can be used by persons with physical, sensory
or mental impairment if they are instructed and supervised.
Batteries for the power unit of the iMatJet®
The iMatJet® uses rechargeable batteries
made of lithium-ion batteries. The batteries
have an integrated battery management
system (BMS), which prevents short
circuiting. Because lithium is an extremely
reactive and easily flammable metal, caution is
advised. Improper handling can destroy the
batteries.
Seals are very important!
Make absolutely sure that the
