wear, or other reasons, turn off the device immediately and contact the service assistance department.
Do not lift and carry the device when it is full of liquid. Handles are designed solely to lift and carry
the device when it is empty and when disconnected from the power outlet.
This ultrasonic washing machine works only with water or ultrasonic cleaning agents recommended
by the manufacturer. Use only the amount of liquid needed to wash. Do not use acidic or strong
alkaline solutions such as sodium hypochlorite because these substances, when in direct contact with
the steel tray, cause a series of microscopic holes with irreparable and especially dangerous
consequences for the operation of your device. As a matter of fact, all acidic or alkaline substances
that can release corrosive compounds such as chlorine or other chemical compounds, or
glutaryaldehyde disinfectants, used together with the energetic ultrasonic cavitation activity, even
cause accelerated corrosion of stainless steels. If it is necessary to use substances that could damage
the steel tray, use glass or plastic cups. Remember that hydrogen fluoride breaks glasses and its use
is extremely dangerous to health. Remember that any acid particles, micronised by intense ultrasonic
cavitation activity, are dispersed in the working environment causing corrosion to the device and
also damaging health. Do not use substances such as petrol, benzene, benzol or other harmful,
explosive or flammable solvents. Use only solutions that are appropriate to the type of work to be
performed. To prevent damage to the device: periodically replace the solution,
do not operate the device without liquid, do not put parts or containers directly in contact with the
bottom of the washing tray; use a rack or wire to keep the objects suspended. When the ultrasonic or
heating is in operation, make sure that the liquid level does not drop by more than 1 cm below the
operating level. Failure to follow such instructions may cause damage to the transducers or the heater,
invalidating the warranty.
Important when using the ultrasonic washing machine
Before turning on the device fill the steel tray with water and/or
detergent liquid to a maximum level of 3 cm from the top; if your device
version is equipped with the liquid drainage device, check that the top is
properly closed. This will prevent accidental spillage of liquid
substances.
Always pay attention to the liquid level so that it does not fall below
2/3 of the total height of the tray. If this occurs, the heating element,
ultrasonic transducers and electronic circuitry may be seriously
damaged.
Do not immerse your hands in the tray during operation.
Aggressive liquids that could damage the tray should be placed in a special glass which is then placed
in the tray containing water that transmits ultrasonic waves to the glass and therefore to the solution
it contains. Remember not to place the glass on the bottom of the tray: a special perforated support is
available for such containers.
Use this device only for the professional use considered in this manual and for the purpose for which
it was designed. This device is designed to wash and detach excess materials from instruments,
prostheses, cutters, probes, tweezers, metal objects, metal parts in general, objects and glass tubes,
crystals, stones and archaeological objects, rings, spectacles, parts difficult to access manually and so
on.
