Basic pasta recipe
Ingredients for 4 persons:
300 g wheat flour (e.g. type 405), 200 g (durum wheat) semolina, 1 egg, 6 egg
yolks, 2 teaspoons of neutral olive oil, 3 tablespoons of water, salt to taste.
Preparation:
Add eggs, flour, semolina, salt, oil and 2 tablespoons of water to the mixing
bowl. Use the dough hook and knead at speed level 1–2 until the dough has
become a firm but shapeable lump. If the dough is too dry (crumbling), add
another tablespoon of water or a little oil. Flatten the dough slightly and wrap
it in cling film. Before processing it, leave it in the fridge for approx.
30 minutes.

CAUTION! Material damages
Do not immerse in water and do not wash in the dishwasher.
Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners.
After each use
Clean the appliance after each use. When you wait too long, cleaning
becomes unnecessarily difficult and, in extreme cases, very cumbersome.
Heavy soiling may result in permanent damage to the attachments.
1. Remove the attachment from the machine and air-dry it for 1 hour.
2. Use a cleaning brush to remove dried dough remains.

DANGER for children
Keep the appliance in a dry place out of the reach of children.
