SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• This appliance is designed to be used for
domestic and similar purposes such as:
– kitchen areas reserved for staff in shops,
offices and other working environments;
– farms;
– use by guests in hotels, motels and other
residential environments;
– bed and breakfast type accommodation.
• Appliances are not designed to be used in
conjunction with a separate timer or with a
control system used at a distance.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, their after-sales
service or a similarly qualified person to avoid
any hazards.
• The appliance must not be immersed in water.
• The surface of the heating element exhibits a
residual heat after use.
• For disposing of the appliance, refer to
the chapter "DISPOSAL OF OLD
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES".

• For the maintenance and cleaning of your
cooking appliance, refer to the chapter
"CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE".
• This appliance must not be used by children
under the age of 8. This appliance can be used
by children aged from 8 years and above if
they are supervised at all times. This appliance
can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
• Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of
children under 8 years of age.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance by the user must
not be carried out by children.
• Cooking appliances must be placed on a
stable surface with the handles (if there are
any) positioned in such a way as to avoid any
accidental spillage of hot liquids.

The surfaces of this appliance will
naturally be very hot while it is in use.
