Question/Problem - cause
Cause
The washer does not start:
• The power cord is not plugged in or there is an
electrical failure;
• The extension cord is too long or the cord is too
thin;
• Power supply voltage too low;
• The system is pressurized;
• Thermal relay has tripped out;
The washer is on but the water is not flowing out:
• The water supply tap is closed;
• The water inlet filter is clogged;
• The lance or spray nozzle are clogged;
The washer stops suddenly:
• The power cord is winded;
• The extension cord is winded or the electrical
cables are too thin;
• Thermal relay has tripped out;
The water pump generates a low or irregular
pressure:
• The water inlet filter is clogged;
• The pump is sucking air;
• Damaged or incorrect lance/spray nozzle hole
size;
• The nozzle is clogged;
• The spray gun is damaged or worn out;
• The valves are damaged or clogged;
• The pump seals are worn out;
• Inadequate and insufficient water supply;
• Spray nozzle set in low-pressure position;
Pulsing appliance:
• There is air in the hose or the pump;
• Inadequate and insufficient water supply;
• The nozzle is partially clogged;
• The water inlet filter is clogged;
• The hose is twisted or folded;

Solution
• Check the plug, socket and circuit breaker of the
power supply circuit;
• Remove or replace the extension cord.
Plug in the power cord directly in the socket;
• Check if the power supply voltage corresponds;
• Press the gun trigger handle;
• Allow the washer to cool down and turn it back on;
• Open the water supply tap;
• Clean the water inlet filter;
• Clean the lance or spray nozzle;
• Unroll the power cord completely;
• Remove or replace the extension cord.
• Check the plug, socket and circuit breaker of the
power supply circuit;
• Allow the washer to cool down and turn it back on;
• Clean the water inlet filter;
• Check that there are air inlets to the pump or
suction pipes. Tighten the couplings/connectors;
• Replace the lance/ spray nozzle;
• Clean the spray nozzle;
• Replace the spray gun;
• Call technical assistance;
• Call technical assistance;
• Increase the water pressure;
Check the water supply hose for blockages and/or
change to a larger hose;
• Turn the nozzle clockwise;
• Press the trigger until regular working pressure is
reached;
• Check the water supply hose for blockages and/or
change to a larger hose;
• Clean the spray nozzle;
• Clean the water inlet filter;
• Straighten the hose;
