Carry out the following step-by-step instructions in the order given so that the
appliance is installed properly.
1. Carefully remove the indoor component and the other parts from the
packaging.
2. Remove the lower casing including the ventilation grid from the indoor
component.
3. Before you can attach the indoor component to the outdoor component,
the fabric duct must be attached to the ventilation plate of the outdoor
component with 4 screws (see the following illustrations).
4. Before lifting the indoor part of the appliance, pull the fabric sleeve aside so
that it does not become trapped during ceiling installation.
