6.2 Operation modes
Two operation modes can be selected with main switch (S1).
Automatic operation mode
•
Turn main switch (S1) to "auto".
Operation starts automatically.
Manual operation mode
•
Turn main switch (S1) to "1" or "2" to set the change-over device
to the desired container battery.
The green lamp of the corresponding container battery lights up.
The manual operation mode disables the automatic
change-over function.
The manual operation mode must only be used for
startup, maintenance and repairs.

6.1 Control cabinet
6.2.1 Manual emergency operation
In case of power failure, the servomotor can be operated manually
by means of an Allen key, 3 mm.
1. Unscrew the power plug at the servomotor.
2. Remove the red cap on the side of the servomotor.
3. Insert the Allen key and turn it to the right or to the left, until the
servomotor is set to the desired container battery.
Observe the respective signal lamps at the control panel.
7. Fault finding
7.1 Device does not change over
Cause
No control voltage is present, or
the connection to the control
panel is interrupted.
The plugs at the servomotor
are mixed up.
The contact manometer is
defective.
The servomotor is defective.
The ball valve is blocked by
dirt.
The main switch (S1) is set to
"1"or "2".
7.2 Device continuously changes over
The red lamps (L1 and L3) at the control cabinet light up
continuously.
Cause
Both container batteries are
empty.
7.3 Lamp does not light up
Cause
The lamp is defective.
7.4 Heating of LiquFilt devices does not work
Cause
The fuse has responded.
Remedy
•
Establish the control voltage
supply:
1. Check the connections of
the control panel.
2. Check the fuses in the
control panel.
•
Interchange the plugs.
•
Replace the contact
manometer.
•
Replace the servomotor.
•
Replace the ball valve.
•
Set the main switch (S1) to
"auto" (automatic operation).
Remedy
•
Replace the empty containers
by full ones.
Remedy
•
Replace the lamp.
Remedy
•
Replace the heating.
•
Reactivate the fuse.
