4.2.1 Mounting the 186 vacuum change-over device
1. Mark the bore holes.
2. Drill holes for 2 dowels ∅12 mm.
3. Insert the dowels.
4. Fix the mounting bracket with 2 hexagonal screws ∅8 x 80 to
the wall.
5. Fix the 186 vacuum change-over device on the mounting
bracket with 4 screws, M 5 or M 6 x 16, and nuts.

4.2.2 Mounting the control cabinet
1. Mark the bore holes.
2. Drill holes for 4 dowels ∅10 mm (depth at least 70 mm).
3. Insert the dowels.
4. Screw in the 4 included special screws M 8 x 80.
5. Place the control cabinet and fix it with disks and nuts.

1. Connect the line from the vacuum regulator of the first container
battery to connection (A1).
2. Connect the line from the vacuum regulator of the second
container battery to connection (A2).
3. Connect the line to the dosing unit to connection (B).

Before making any electrical connections, switch off
the power supply and make sure that it cannot be
accidentally switched on.

All electrical connections must be carried out by a
qualified electrician in accordance with local
regulations.
‐
All electrical connections must be carried out in
accordance with the wiring diagram.
Before connecting the mains cable, make sure that the
voltage and frequency specified on the nameplate
correspond to the local power supply.
An incorrect supply voltage may destroy the device.
Route the input, output and power supply cables in
separate ducts.
The input and output cables must be screened for
electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Connect screen at
one end to PE.
