PROBLEM
Appliance does
not operate.
Power light is ON
but the LCD display
is not visible.
Heater is not
operating.
Excessive noise
when the heater

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. The appliance is not
plugged in.
2. A circuit breaker is tripped
or a fuse blown.
3. Defective ON/OFF switch.
4. Loose wiring.

circuit; ideally the appliance should be
on a dedicated 15 Amp circuit.
