Problem
3) After warm up
sequence the green,
the last yellow and the
amber charging LEDs
flash.
4) Very erratic, goes
off when bumped
slightly.
5) Pump is not
working.
6) Unit does not
power up. Hi/Lo
indicators flash in a
rapid, alternating
manner when AC
adapter is connected.
Cause
3a) Battery needs
recharging.
3b) Power stick has
failed.
4a) CO in
2
background may be
high or changing
quickly
5a) Pump has failed.
6a) Power
stick/battery has been
connected in reverse.
Remedy
3a) Charge battery for 10-12
hours.
3b) Replace power stick with
part #712-700-G1.
4a) Take steps to reduce
concentration or to limit
changes in background (e.g.,
operator wearing a mask).
5a) You should hear the pump
running after the D-TEK CO2
has completed its warm up
sequence and is held up to
your ear. VERIFY it is not a
low battery condition (see
#3). If not, contact INFICON.
6a) Access power stick.
Disconnect and re-connect
paying attention to the key
connector.
