Separate the WIDE EXTENSION SLIDES (DDD) from the WIDE EXTENSION RAILS (CCC) as shown in the upper diagram

below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy.
Fasten the WIDE EXTENSION RAILS (CCC) to the ENDS (B3 and C3) and UPRIGHTS (D2 and E2). Use twelve GOLD
å
5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S).
NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner
å
cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL in to fi nd the other holes that line up with the holes in the ENDS and UPRIGHTS. Turn a
SCREW into this hole.
NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the DRAWERS.

Fasten four ANGLE BRACKETS (27G) to the RIGHT END (B3) and RIGHT UPRIGHT (D2). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE
å
HEAD SCREWS (1S).
NOTE: Be sure the edges
å
of the ANGLE BRACKETS
are even with the edges of
the END and UPRIGHT.
