Step 3. If desired, anchor
the filter in the pond using a
heavy object (a rock) using
the string to secure.
NOTE: Heavy object and
string not included.
Step 4. Place the filter into
the water, and connect
the filter into a properly
grounded electrical outlet.

MAINTENANCE
To maximize the performance of the Floating UV Filter with Pump,
periodically disassemble the filter to clean dirt and debris. When you notice
a reduced flow from the fountain, this is a good indicator that it is time to
clean the filter.
Step 1: Before cleaning,
always disconnect from the
power source.
Step 2: Remove the string
from the hook to remove
the pumpshield®. Clean the
pumpshield® with water.
Step 3: Turn the floating filter
upside down. Remove the
locking screw as shown.
Step 4: Turn the floating
filter back over. Remove
the fountain nozzle and top
locking nut.
