CHOCOLATE FONDUE FEATURE
You can use the "melt" setting to melt chocolate or keep chocolate
at the ideal temperature for a fondue.
Turn the sw itch on the front of the appliance to the "Melt"
setting. The pow er indicator (3) should light up.
The "Melt" setting will operate the appliance at a low pow er
setting ideal to slow ly melt chocolate or maintain the molten
chocolate preparation at the ideal temperature for a
chocolate fondue.
I n a heat resistant stainless steel or aluminum bow l* w ith flat
bottom, or a saucepan*, add the chocolate and other
fondue ingredients.
Place the ingredients on the heater, until molten. Stir
frequently for optimum results.
* Not included
Attention: molten chocolate by itself may seize after a w hile. The
follow ing fondue recipe should ensure a smooth and runny
preparation ideal for chocolate fondue, where you can dip fruits,
pretzels, crackers or cake bits.
For a successful chocolate fondue, use the following ingredients and
follow the steps below.
I ngredients:
5oz Dark chocolate or milk chocolate
¼ cup w hole milk or half and half
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Add chocolate fondue ingredients to a stainless steel or
aluminum heat resistant bow l or saucepan.

Place the metal bow l or saucepan on top of the heating
element cov er and turn the sw itch on the front of the appliance
