Immobilisation is a basic principle when treating injuries and excess stress
as the healing process is accelerated considerably.
The splint is padded softly and therefore very pleasant to wear. The inte-
grated anatomically pre-formed plastic splints enable an ideal fi t.

Indications:
Post-operative, post-traumatic, rhizarthrosis, degenerative, infl ammatory, e.g.
arthritis, ulnar/radial lesion of thumb ligaments.

Before putting it on, set the thumb wrap
and the wrist strap to the largest
possible circumferences and pull the
BORT Generation Thumb Splint brace
over the thumb and the metacarpus.
Then, set fi rst the thumb wrap and next
the wrist cord strap to the individual
width using the Velcro areas.
