Nogueira is constantly concerned about preserving the environment, in its products development, as
well in the utilization of ecologically friendly materials and processes in producing its products.
PROTECT AND RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT, remember that conservation is the social
responsibility of everyone. These concepts include compliance with legally defined disposal locations
for used lubrication products and fluids, old tires, and packaging. Never dispose of these products or
empty packaging in swamplands, lakes, rivers, puddles etc. Share these recommendations with
others and make other people aware of the importance of conserving the environment.

Safety

At Nogueira, we are concerned about the safety of the people involved in operating and performing
maintenance on the Chopper.
During the course of developing the design for this machine, we have considered every detail, in order
to avoid unexpected accidents, which could occur while operating the machinery. We have designed
safety shielding to do away with dangerous situations. However, there are parts, due to their function,
cannot be completely shielded.
We recommend carefully reading this manual, before turning on the machine. It contains necessary
instructions for safety operating the Chopper.
Remember, preserving health and physical integrity of people is always first and foremost.
