instructions for your
pump action pipe unblocker
- Check that the device is in good condition each time you wish to use it.
- Before using the device remove the strainer from your waste fitting and seal any overflows (for
example with a cloth) in order to prevent pressure-related soiling or spillage.
- To prevent the risk of damage caused by a sudden release of pressure it is advisable to
secure/support the waste trap by placing a suitably object such as an upturned bucket or a strong
box between it and the floor.
- Before using the device check that the blocked pipes are able to withstand the pressure
produced by the device and are in otherwise good condition. We recommend that you refrain
from using the device if there is any risk of damage.
- It is especially important to check that 'inaccessible' sink and bath waste fittings, traps and
pipes can withstand the pressure produced by the device before using it. We recommend that
you refrain from using the device if there is any risk of damage.
- In order to prevent the risk of damage to the pump action pipe unblocker and/or the build up
of dangerous fumes, do not use any additional cleaning media, petroleum spirit, alcohol or similar.

- The device may only be stored once any residual pressure has been release.
- When operating the device be sure not to twist or bend the pump handle.
