4. Slide the RUBBER WASHERS onto THUMB SCREWS. Insert the two THUMB
SCREWS into the holes of the WALL PLATE. Thread the THUMB SCREWS Into the
OPTIONAL ARM to secure it in place. (Fig. 9)
INSTALLATION (Fig. 10)
1. Unscrew the LOCK NUTS from the MOUNTING BRACKET, as shown.
2. Pull the power supply wires out from the OUTLET BOX, and attach the MOUNTING
BRACKET to the OUTLET BOX, using the BRACKET MOUNTING SCREWS.
3. Strip approximately ¼" of insulation from each supply wire from the OUTLET BOX.
Raise the MAIN FIXTURE BODY to the wall, bringing the WALL PLATE close to the
OUTLET BOX. Make the following wire connections using the WIRE NUTS :
WHITE (NEUTRAL) SUPPLY WRE
BLACK (HOT) SUPPLY WIRE
SUPPLY GROUND WIRES
Wrap each wire connection with 2" of electrical tape.
4. Place the WALL PLATE over the OUTLET BOX, making sure the FIXTURE
MOUNTING SCREWS feed through the holes on the WALL PLATE. Adjust the
FIXTURE MOUNTING SCREWS until they protrude out from the WALL PLATE ¼".
Remove the WALL PLATE and secure the position of the FIXTURE MOUNTING
SCREWS by tightening the HEX NUTS against the MOUNTING BRACKET.
5. Carefully tuck all WIRES and WIRE NUTS into the OUTLET BOX. Place the WALL
PLATE back onto the FIXTURE MOUNTING SCREWS, and secure it into place using
the LOCK NUTS.

2. Inserte el extremo curvado
del BRAZO OPCIONAL en
la ARGOLLA SUPERIOR
(Fig. 6).
3. Alinee los agujeros de montaje del BRAZO OPCIONAL con los orificios de la PLACA
DE PARED (Fig. 7 y 8).
