SYMPTOM
Little or no water
flows.

Water flow rate too
low, or temperature
too high.

CAUSE
The water supply is turned off.
The flow is not high enough to
activate.
The water flow rate is too high.
The flow rate is correct
The inlet water temperature has
dropped.
The hot tap is not fully open
WHAT TO DO
Turn on the main supply fully at the
stop valve.
Open the inlet service valve fully.
Adjust the flow rate.
Adjust the temperature dial on the
front of the cover.
Adjust the flow rate.
Adjust the stop/ball valve so that
water is at the right temperature with
the tap fully open. Always turn the
hot tap fully on.
