KAS Wireless Arming Station
The KAS is an indoor wireless arming station, designed for the FORCE Series intruder alarm systems
encrypted using true, 128-bit AES encryption for a high level of security. Using the KAS may require the installation of a wireless receiver.
The KAS is mainly used for arming and disarming. The rubber-key keypad can fit various indoor decorations, and has a flip-down cover.
Up to 8 KAS keypads can be used per single system
The KAS is battery powered. It has a tamper switch for detecting when its enclosure is opened or it is removed from the mounting
surface. For enrollment information, see the FORCE's Installation guide (P/N: 4410459).
Cautions: the KAS is based on wireless (RF) transmissions. Any wireless transmission can be
subject to RF interference and, although unlikely, this interference may cause the KAS to not
operate as intended. RF transmissions will be attenuated by tinted glass, in wall isolation with
metal foils, metal objects, etc.
