1) Fix the circuit board for photocells, sensors and controls to the track. Re-connect the earth cable from the control unit to one of the fixing
bolts.
2) Remove the cover
3) Connect the 9-core cable+terminal.
4) Connect the green and yellow wires (CN3 no. 4 and 5) to the photocell amplifier contact and the brown and red wires (CN3 no. 1 and 2) for
24 Vdc power supply.
5) Insert the sensor cables in the circuit board and connect at 24 Vdc, according to the terminals for the external and internal sensors; ensure
correct polarity to avoid malfunctions.
6) For the other connections, refer to the diagram in fig. 6 and the JVOP-100 door programmer manual.
7) Close the cover and secure by means of the fixing screws and crimp (insulate) the remaining wires.
1) Mount the belt tensioner
2) Connect the power supply between the thermal magnetic circuit breaker, filter, power supply unit and control unit.
3) Secure the cables with adhesive strips supplied to prevent movement and ensure that they are not crushed by components fixed to the track.
