Release the door and switch on the system. The computer starts up and measures the opening width.
Wait approx. ten seconds for the system to warm up, after which the sensors start functioning. Ensure that the door opens and closes correctly.
Switch off the system and open the door/s manually.
WARNING: Do not switch the system off while the door is moving.
The door/s must be open and closed manually. Once the power is restored, the door/s automatically resume normal operation.
If an electric lock is installed with manual release, activate the release cable before moving the door.
Never pass through the entrance from the side as the sensors do not operate in this area. We recommend putting a notice or obstacle to prevent accidents. If a person comes into
contact with the door/s the latter automatically inverts the direction of movement and opens completely. After 2 seconds the sensor is re-activated and the door/s close automatically.
Photocells must be fixed to the sides of the door to protect the door opening area.
Photocells re-open the door and keep it open for the time that an obstacle engages the infrared range.
Any strong vibration or impact with the door/s during movement can cause malfunctions. Never STOP or PUSH the door intentionally.
Before transferring goods thought the doorway or before cleaning the door, switch off the system and open the door/s manually.
WARNING: Take care when opening the door/s manually to avoid crushing hands/fingers.
Check that no water penetrates sensors, photocells or the actuator during cleaning.
The door/s will not slide smoothly if dirt builds up in the floor guide. Clean regularly and remove any stones/leaves when found.
In the event of a problem, refer to the following table before contacting technical assistance.
PROBLEM
A) The door closes normally but opens slowly
B) The door/s does not open
C) The door/s indicates errors at random
D) The door/s does not close
E) The guide makes a metallic noise
In the event of any problem, always switch off the system before maintenance and switch on after eliminating the problem.
If the problem persists following checks, switch off the system and call your authorised RIB dealer. Abnormal noise during operation indicates incorrect door operation. DO NOT
ATTEMPT ELECTRONIC REPAIRS ALONE.
