IV. Preliminary steps
• To connect the speakerphone, start by inserting the USB cable
attached to the unit to any available USB port on your PC or
Mac OS computer.
• All LEDs, with the exception of the status LED, will light up, to
indicate that the unit is connected and powered on.
Note: Do not connect via a USB hub or an extender. Direct connection
to USB port on your computer assures enough electrical current to power
up the speaker.
V. Advanced operation
• When the speaker phone is connected to a Windows PC, it will
automatically install a USB audio driver without any additional
software or drivers required. Setup should be finished within a
few minutes.

• Go to Sound Device from Control Panel, to double check if both
Playback and Recording drivers have been successfully installed.
• To manually change the default audio device in Windows:
1. Right click on the speaker icon in the system tray (next to the clock).
2. Under Playback and Recording tabs, select CONEXANT USB
AUDIO and set as default.
3. Click Apply/OK to save the settings.
Please note that in different Windows versions, the naming and visual
representations can vary. Illustrations are based on Windows 10 as reference.
Contact your system administrator if you are unable to locate the driver settings.
