Note
If you go back to change an answer to an earlier question, you will then
need to answer all of the questions that follow again. The last question
will confirm that your responses are complete.

If you want to change your answer to an earlier question:
– Push the go back button until you see that question again.
– Then push the button next to the correct answer.
When you have finished the survey, the holding results light
will come on followed in a few minutes by the using phone light,
showing that your results are being sent to your healthcare
provider's computer.
