MAINTENANCE

To keep your vacuum's suction power optimal, follow these instructions. Make sure unit is off and cord unplugged.
Empty
EMPTY THE DUST CUP

Once dust cup is empty, close the bottom lid until you

Turn off the vacuum. Hold dust cup over trash bin and
hear it click.
press the empty button on the front of the dust cup. The
bottom lid will open, allowing the debris to fall out.
NOTE: Empty debris from the dust cup once it has
reached the MAX fill line.
NOTE: Clean the dust screen inside the dust cup as
required.
TO CHECK FOR BLOCKAGES

Turn off and unplug vacuum.
Check all dust cup intake openings.

CLEAN THE FILTERS

Access the filters by lifting the latch on the top of the
vacuum.

Remove and rinse the pre-motor foam and felt filters
every month. Hand wash only. Let air dry completely
before replacing. Tap loose dirt off filters between
washes as needed. Insert the felt filter first and then
place the foam filter on top of it.

Remove the post motor filter and rinse once a year.
Hand wash only. Let air dry completely before replacing.

Check both sides of the flexible hose attachment for
blockages.
