NOTE:
Changing the position of the springs is done
manually and does not require any tool. Just
pull the pin and spring and move them to the
indicated position in the figure 23.
4- Lower the machine so that the springs on the
front part as near the ground.
5- The HAYNOG-300 operates at full speed
(540 rpm) and observe if the springs touch the
material in front of the machine. If necessary,
disconnect the power take-off and adjust the
third point connection to the tractor.
6- After performing the adjustment, turn off the
machine and wait until the rotors are
motionless.
Place the deflectors as described and fasten
them using the bars.
The placement of the deflectors will define the
swathing width.
NOTE:
Make sure the opening between the deflectors
is adequate, especially for heavy hay or large
amounts.
It is also possible to change the height of the
deflectors, just by turning the nylon blocker
180°
NOTE:
It is also possible to change the front slant of the
rotors to adjust to the local swathing conditions,
by adjusting the wheel height and also the
length of the third-point connection to the
tractor.
The position of the deflectors on the first
passage is position A, making it possible to
merge the two furrows into one for the second
passage (position B).
