Installation
:
STEP 1: Select desired location for installation of the shelf kit.
NOTE: If installing into studs go to STEP 2.
NOTE: If no stud is present place the 24" Single Track Standards on the wall using
level if needed, then mark the screw hole locations. Using a drill with 3/16" drill bit,
drill each marked location. Then insert the anchors into the wall in each location using
a hammer. Place the standard over the anchors, then insert and hand tighten each
screw just until standard is held against the wall. (DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN) Repeat
for additional standard then skip to STEP 3.
STEP 2: After locating the studs mount the 24" Single Track Standards using the 2"
Screws, as shown in Figure 1. Use a level to ensure the standards are straight.
STEP 3: Once the Standards are mounted insert each 8" Single Track Bracket at the
desired height and lightly tap each bracket down with a hammer as shown in Figure 2.
STEP 4: Once all the brackets are installed, place each of the 8" x 24" shelves on top of
each set of 8" Single Track Brackets as shown in Figure 3.
