From Battery Acid!

Batteries can be deadly if swallowed.
Batteries should be kept out of the
reach of children and animals. If a bat-
tery is swallowed, immediate medical
attention must be sought.
■
If a battery leaks, do not allow your
skin, eyes and mucous membranes
to come into contact with the battery
acid. Wear protective gloves if neces-
sary. If you touch battery acid, rinse
the aff ected areas with abundant clear
water straight away and seek medical
assistance immediately.

Do not expose the training device to
extreme temperatures, strong temper-
ature fl uctuations, persistent moisture
or wet conditions, direct sunlight or
impacts.
■
Always protect the expander bands
from sunlight in order to avoid discol-
ouration and damage to the material.

Assembling the Training
Device

Protect the fl oor, carpet etc. with a
mat or something similar before the
component parts are removed from
the box and also during set-up and
training.
Read through the assembly instruc-
tions carefully before assembling the
training device. The sequence of work-
ing steps described must be followed
exactly.
Assembly Materials

4 x fl at-head screw (M8 x 62 mm)
•
2 x fl at-head screw (M8 x 45 mm)
•
6 x hexagon socket screw
(M8 x 40 mm)
•
2 x hexagon socket screw
(M8 x 35 mm)
•
2 x cross-head screw (M5 x 10)
•
2 x spring washer (M8)
•
4 x cap nut (M8 x 62)
•
5 x nut (M8 x 62)
•
8 x washer, curved (M8)
•
5 x washer, straight (M8)
•
1 x frame locking screw
•
1 x seat height adjusting screw
•
1 x spanner (13 – 15)
•
1 x hex key (5 mm)
Assembly
1. Lay out all individual parts carefully on
a fl at fl oor.
2. Carefully unfold the bicycle frame (1,
14) and secure the position of the
connecting axle (25) with the locking
screw (24, 9) (Picture D).
3. Screw the feet (2, 12, 3, 10) onto
the bottom of the bicycle frame (1,
