All the products of AGRIA HISPANIA, S.A. are
GUARANTED FOR ONE YEAR from the day
of delivery. The guarantee covers any defect
of material or manufacture in the parts, and
its determination is subject to the General
Guarantee Conditions established by AGRIA
HISPANIA, S.A..
AGRIA HISPANIA, S.A., only guaranties the
parts produced by AGRIA HISPANIA, S.A..
The parts supplied by other companies have
a guaranteed period which is fixed by these
companies. The guarantee does not cover
labour employed in substituting these parts.
EXCLUSIONS. Exclused from the guarantee
is any damage caused by mishandling of the
machine or negligence in maintenance and
also damage caused during transport.
Tout appareil fabriqué par AGRIA HISPANIA,
S.A., GARANTIE D'UN ANE, à partir de la
date de remise. La garantie couvre n'importe
quel defaut de materiel ou de fabrication des
piéces, et son determination sera d'accord
aux Normes Generales de Garantie, d'AGRIA
HISPANIA, S.A..
AGRIA HISPANIA, S.A. asumme la garantie,
seulement lorsqu'il s'agit de piéces de sa
fabrication. Quant aux piéces tournies par
d'autres fournisseurs, la garantie se limite
aux conditions et aux periodes qu'ils fixerons.
la garantie ne couvre pas la main d'ouvre
necessaire au changement de piéces.
EXCLUSION DE GARANTIE. Les commages
causses par une manipulation inadéquate,
une nègligence lors du transport ne sont pas
couverts par la garantié.
