EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
L-3 Water Distiller characteristics:
• Continuous and completely automatic working.
• Pressure switch, set at 1 bar of entry pressure water. If the pressure
is lower, the pressure switch cuts the heating to avoid the risk that an
insufficient cooling may cause breakage of the glass distillation.
• Maximum water use due to the circuit design. The incoming water is
used for cooling and maintaining the water level into the boiler, and the
surplus exits through the outlet (19).
TECHNICAL DATA
• Distilling capacity:
• Conductivity:
• Water consumption:
• Consumption:
• Voltage:
• Weight:
• Size (Height Length Width): 345x560x190 mm.
Supply voltage could be different. Check the characteristics plate.
ATTENTION
Since distilled water is in contact with the atmosphere before the
conductivity measurement can be carried out, its value is actually
much less (up to 10 times less) than what it is actually measured. The
measurement of any ultrapure water in contact with atmosphere has a
conductivity of 1-2 µS/cm and a pH of 5, due to a small amount of CO2
(0.05 ppm) absorbed from the atmosphere.
