ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling
Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list
and assembly diagrams as necessary.
Griddle assembly involves large components; therefore,
two people assemble the unit.
STEP 0 1
Remove the griddle body from the packaging and lay it upside down on a
smooth, flat surface with the help of another person.
Rotate the legs into a vertical position. Install the two (2) fixed wheels (left
wheels) with the two (2) preinstalled small thumbscrews and two (2) swivel
wheels (right wheels) with wrench. Be sure that swivel wheels are in locked
position when attaching.
