TO CHANGE BATTERIES:
1 .
Remove Axle Bolt
2 .
Remove Wheel .
3 .
Remove LED End Cap
4 .
Turn End Cap
5 .
Pull Battery Sleeve
6 .
Remove old batteries
7 .
Reinsert Batteries/Sleeve into Light Assembly as shown .
8 .
Re-insert Light Assembly fully into End Cap so that it fits even with supports inside End
Cap (shown) .
9. Make sure Lip of holder fits all the way into End Cap!
10 . Install End Cap onto Fork so that Axle Holes line up .
NOTE: If Axle Holes do not line up, recheck that Light Assembly
- do not force .
11 . Repeat process for End Cap on opposite side if needed .
12 . Reinstall Axle Bolt and Wheel .
13 . Install Washer and Axle Nut firmly and completely
mended torque .
14 . Check that Wheel spins evenly and freely .
