Operation
Activating the telephone
To turn the telephone on/off, press and hold
L for three seconds.
If the SIM card is locked with a PIN code
(Personal Identification Number), the display
shows Insert PIN1: . Enter your PIN code and
confirm with q to unlock the SIM card.
Note!
Most network operators allow the emergency
number 911 / 112 to be called without unlocking the
SIM card.
If you enter the wrong PIN code, the display will
show Insert PIN1 (#): , where # is the number of
attempts left.
When no more attempts remain, you need the
PUK code (Personal Unblocking Key) supplied
with your SIM card to unlock the card and supply
a new PIN code.
