This watch was made in Switzerland in compliance with the most stringent
quality standards of the Swiss watch industry.
Your Salvatore Ferragamo watch is internationally warranted by
Vertime B.V. for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of
purchase under the terms of this warranty. You are offered the opportunity
to extend the 2 year warranty to 4 by registering on our website
www.ferragamotimepieces.com. This warranty is only valid if your watch
was purchased from an authorized Salvatore Ferragamo retailer and if
the warranty certificate has been duly filled in, signed and stamped by
the retailer.
This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship existing at
the time your Salvatore Ferragamo watch was sold. This warranty does
not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, theft or loss of
the watch. Also excluded from the warranty are the strap or bracelet, the
battery and the crystal glass, as well as damage caused by wear and
tear and all direct or indirect damage caused by the aforementioned
circumstances.
Any intervention on the watch by repairers not duly authorized by
Vertime B.V. shall void this warranty.
Should your watch need servicing or repair, please contact the
authorized retailer from whom the watch was purchased or one
of the official after-sales service centres indicated on our website
www.ferragamotimepieces.com.
No one is authorized to alter the terms of this warranty. Any other form
of warranty given by the retailer is entirely under the retailer's own
responsibility.
Your watch has been successfully tested in diving conditions to a depth
of 30 metres minimum. It is advisable to rinse the watch thoroughly with
fresh water after swimming in the sea or in a swimming pool. For perfect
waterproofing it is advisable to have the watch serviced every 24 months.
Do not subject your watch to temperatures over 60°C or below 0°C.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

SETTING THE TIME

To set the time, gently press button A on the side of the case using the
heart-shaped tool supplied with your watch.
To put the hands forward, press the corrector button continuously until the
desired time is reached. When the pressure ceases, the hands will stop.
To put the minute hand forward by one minute, press lightly the button for
less than 2 seconds.
Note: it is not possible to invert the direction of movement of the hands.
HEARTBEAT
To start the heartbeat, press button B. The heart will beat for a set period
of time. To stop the heartbeat early, press button B again.

RESETTING THE WATCH

The watch is fitted with a 3V lithium battery. When replacing the battery,
the hour and minute hands and the heart must be reset. To enter reset mode,
press button B for six seconds. Within the next 10 seconds, set the hour
hand to 12 o'clock while pressing button A. Press button B again and within
the next 10 seconds, set the seconds hand to 12 o'clock while pressing
button A. Press button B again and within the next 10 seconds adjust the
heart, making sure that the two halves are united while pressing button A.
After performing the reset, wait 10 seconds and set the correct time.
