IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use extension cord marked SJW-A, SJEW-A, or SJTW-A only.
2. Use only extension cords which have plugs and receptacles
which accept the product's plug. Replace or repair damaged
cords.
3. The electrical rating of the extension cord must be as great as
the electrical rating of the product.
4. Never carry product by cord or yank it to disconnect from
receptacle. Keep cord from heat, oil, and sharp edges.
5. Disconnect the product from the power supply when not in
use, when changing bulbs and cleaning.
6. Do not insert foreign objects into the inner grid of this
product.
7. Outdoor extension cords must be used with outdoor-use
products and are surface marked with suffix letters "W-A" and
with a tag stating "Suitable for Use with Outdoor Appliances".
8. The connection to an extension cord should be kept dry and
off the ground.
9. Store product indoors when not in use and out of reach of
children.
10. Do not clean this product with a water or cleaning spray.
11. The product should only be connected to a circuit that is
protected by a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).
12. CAUTION - Risk of UV exposure. Ensure product is installed
such that no continuous human activity is likely to be
performed within 1.5 ft. (0.45 m) of the unit while illuminated.
13. WARNING: Skin or eye damage may result from directly
viewing the light emitted by the bulb in this apparatus. Always
disconnect power before changing bulb or servicing.
