THE BUTTONS
LIGHT: Night light.
MODE: This button changes between Time, Alarm, Timer, and
Chronograph mode. Use to (decrease) numbers in Setting modes.
Turns alarm and chime on/off.
START/STOP: This button starts and stops the chronograph and
timer. Hold for 2 seconds to enter or exit Setting mode.
LAP /RESET: This button selects the next data and (increases)
numbers in Setting modes. It turns the alarm on /off and selects
Dual time. Also used for Lap, Split, and Reset for chronograph.
FEATURE LIST
NORMAL TIME: The basics.
DUAL TIME: Keep track of time in another time zone.
CHRONOGRAPH: Keep track of the passing time.
ALARMS: Five alarms, count em five.
TIMER: Includes count down for minutes, hours, and days.
CHIME: A tone will sound on the minute, hour, or day selected.

TO SET THE TIME
PRESS MODE until day and month are in the top line of the display
PRESS STOP/START for two seconds and the "seconds" will flash.
PRESS LAP/RESET to reset seconds.
PRESS START/STOP and the minutes flash. Press LAP/RESET to
increase and MODE to decrease numbers.
PRESS START/STOP, and now do the same for hour, year, month,
and date. Nice one!
You can set for 12 hour or 24 hour mode while setting the hours.
Note that the date has the day first and the month second
(European style).
PRESS START/STOP for two seconds to exit Setting mode.
9) There is a setting for daylight-savings time (see below).
In the process of time setting, and the "minutes" are flashing, press
START/STOP key for 2 seconds, enter summer time setting mode
Press LAP/RESET to turn daylight-savings on or off Press
START/ST0P again.
When daylight-savings time is on, Normal time shown will (spring
ahead) one hour at 2:00 AM on the last Sunday of March and wi
(fall back) one hour at 2:00 AM on the last Sunday of October. If the
daylight savings is turned (off) the above function will be cancelled.
