ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 13 INSTALLING THE DRAWER (continued)
Remove the washer (#15) and hex nuts (#16) from the front left &
right bolt assembly hang the slide holding brackets (#18, #19) from
the top shelf (#1). Insert the front support bracket sandwhiched
between the top shelf (#1) and the left & right slide brackets (#18,
#19). Replace the washers and hex nuts and tighten loosely
Step 14 IMPORTANT: EXTEND BOTH SLIDES ALL THE WAY OUT of the left
and right slide holding brackets (#18, #19). On each slide,
manually move the inner ball bearing carrier to the furtherest
extended position.
Step 15 INSERT THE DRAWER
Insert the drawer (#21) into slides & ball bearing carriers of the left
and right slide holding brackets (#18, #19). Make sure the ball bearing
carrier is still at the fully extended position. If it's not in the fully extended
position then the drawer is not properly inserted and it can fall out.

Step 16 ATTACHING THE HANDLE TO DRAWER
Tools Needed: Phillips® #2 Screwdriver
Center the handle (#23) onto the holes of the drawer (#21) and
insert the six pan screws (#22) and tighten to 3 ft-lbs.
Step 17 OPEN AND CLOSE THE DRAWER REPEATEDLY
Making sure the drawer has proper operation. Hand align the
front, sides and rear brackets as needed to meet the operation
and cosmetic requirements.
Step 18 COMPLETE ASSEMBLY
Tools Needed: Phillips® #3 Screwdriver & 13mm Combo Wrench
Torque all the drawer bolt assemblies to 5 ft-lbs following
this process:
1) Top Front Left
2) Top Front Right
3) Top Rear Right
4) Top Rear Left
5) Bottom Rear Left
6) Bottom Rear Right
Make sure while torqueing the fasteners the brackets do not move.
Failure to follow torqueing directions as describe can cause
binding or the drawer to fall out.
