INSTALLATION
General Installation for All Modules:
• Lamp modules can be installed into platforms before
installation into the ceiling or after the ceiling is installed.
When possible, use top access feature to install module
prior to housing installation. Modules can be installed at
0°, 90°, 180° and 270° orientations and may be rotated to
any desired position.
• LED drivers supplied with module meet FCC consumer
limits and are suitable for residential use.
• Top Access: Loosen thumb screw securing platform top
and pivot open to provide access to mounting locations
and electrical connections. After completing module
installation close top access door and tighten thumb
screw.
• Through Aperture: To access mounting locations and
electrical connections remove overspray protector and set
aside. Install module and reinstall overspray protector
to protect interior of platform from paint and construction
debris.
1. Loosen thumb screws holding access door. Disengage
thumb screws by sliding to the right and remove from
platform (Figure 1.).
2. Insert access door/driver combination into platform
and position door to replace original door (driver facing
outward). Slide door to the left and tighten thumb
screws to secure in place (Figure 2.).
For through aperture installation, pass access door/driver
through aperture (Figure 3.) and install as described.
3. Plug three pronged keyed quick connect from LED driver
into platform receptacle (Figure 2.).
4. Plug two pronged keyed quick connect from LED driver
into LED module (Figure 4.).
