You can set a photo, picture, or animation as a wallpaper
(background) image in your phone's home screen.

To
scroll to Multi-Key
select the option
scroll to On or Off
confirm the setting

> Wallpaper

scroll to Picture
open the picture viewer
scroll to a picture/animation
Scroll to (None) to turn off the
wallpaper image.
select the image
scroll to Layout
adjust the image layout
