6 Operation
1. Switch on the autoclave. Main switch.
2. Open the chamber door. Remove the baskets.
3. Place the load into the basket. Insert on the chamber. Close the door and lock.
Rotate handler 1/4 turn.
4. Select a cycle. (121ºC, 134º). Press Start.
5. If water light is ON, add water on the reservoir.
6. The unit goes along the different phases, until END indication.
7. Open the door to remove the load from the chamber.
8. The unit is ready for another cycle.
Note:
To avoid problems caused by dirty:
•
Clean the goods before to sterilize it.
•
Specially clean free form oil and grease.
Caution: On unloading material from autoclave.
Hazard of burns to be in contact with hot surfaces.
Temperature in this area can exceed 100ºC.
Use the tray holder to load or unload the tray with instruments in it in order to
avoid burning injuries.
