TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The lights do not
come on.
The lights come on
during the daylight.
The lights come
on for no apparent
reason.
The lights flash on
and off.
Smartphone will not
connect to the fixture.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. The light switch is turned off.
2. The fuse is blown or the circuit
breaker is turned off.
3. Daylight turn-off is in effect.
4. The wiring is incorrect (new
installations).
5. The sensor is not covering the
area adequately.
1. The light control may be
installed in a relatively dark
location.
2. The light control is in TEST
mode.
1. The light control may be
sensing small animals or
automobile traffic.
2. The range is set too high.
3. The light control is in MANUAL
mode.
1. Heat or light from the lamps may
be turning the light control on
and off.
2. Heat being reflected from other
objects may be affecting the
sensor.
3. The light control is in the TEST
mode and warming up.
1. Wrong Wi-Fi password.
2. The Wi-Fi speed is not good
enough.
3. Your router doesn't support the
fixture.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Turn the light switch on.
2. Replace the fuse or turn on
the circuit breaker.
3. Re-check after dark.
4. Re-check the wiring.
5. Re-aim the sensor to cover
desired area.

Move the light to a brighter
location during the daylight
hours.

Set the control switch to
the SENSOR mode.

Reposition the lamp away
from the sensor or nearby
objects.
2.
Reposition the sensor.

Revert back to the sensor
mode.

Reposition the lamps away
from the sensor.

Reposition the sensor.

Flashing is normal under
these conditions.
1. Ensure your Wi-Fi password is
correct.
2. Enhance your Wi-Fi signal.
3. Adjust your router from 5G to 2.4G
or replace it with one that is
compatible.
