Service check list
To ensure maximum service life and functionality please follow the check list below.

Check that the bridge plate (A) goes up and down in the manner intended.
B
Check that the hand rails with protective plates (B) are functioning in the manner intended.
Protective plates are an option.
C
Check that the outer roll stop (C) goes up and down in the manner intended.
D
Check that the cassette (D) is free of external damage.
E
Check that the handle (E) for the pump module is in place.
F
Check that the hand control (F) and cable are intact and functioning.
Check that there is no visible leaking of hydraulic oil.
Check that instructions are available and in a legible condition.
G
Check that the level of the *hydraulic oil is correct. When the lift is fully inside the cassette, the level must lie
between the "stow level" mark and up to a maximum of 5 mm below the mark (G).
H
Check that the fuses (H) are intact.
Check that visible cables and tubing are free of external damage.
Check that everything works in the manner intended.
Check that there is no leaking of hydraulic oil or wear and tear of moveable components behind the lower
cover of the cassette. Remove the lower cover to perform the inspection.
Check that the two hinges of the hand rails are ***lubricated (I).

Check that the four hinges, which connect the foldable parts of the platform, are ***lubricated (J).
K
Check that the three bushings, holding the linkage arm (K) to the bridge plate, are ***lubricated.
L
Check that all four support rollers are not deformed or damaged.
M
Clean and **lubricate the tracks (M).
N
Clean and ***lubricate the tracks (N). Reinstall the lower cover.
O
Check that the two hinges (O) of the front hatch are ***lubricated and that the hatch is closing properly.
Check that all bracket bolts are properly tightened.
Check that the emergency release functions.
Check that bolts, pins and joints for wear/damage and that they are properly secured.
