4.4. LOGIC ADJUSTMENTS

obstacle detection sensitivity adjustment.
Note: by rotating the TRIMMER FR. clockwise the sensitivity of the
gearmotor to obstacles diminishes and therefore the thrust force
increases; vice-versa, by rotating it counter-clockwise, the sensi-
tivity of the gearmotor to obstacles increases and therefore the
thrust force diminishes.

IMPORTANT:
Each pair of terminals attached to an NC contact that is not in use
must be short-circuited in order to ensure the proper operation
of the board.
4.5. PROCEDURE FOR STORING ANY BUS ACCESSORIES
ATTENTION: After powering the control panel, wait for 2 seconds
before starting to carry out the adjustment maneuvers.
If there is a need to equip the automation with any accessories such as
photocells, flashing light, key selector, push-button panels, it will be
necessary to use only products operating with the BUS protocol.
After installing and connecting to the control unit the accessories, if
any, they will be stored according to the following procedure:
1_ Press the button P2 until the yellow LED DL3 starts flashing conti-
nuously, then release the button.
2_The yellow LED will always remain on, indicating that the memoriza-
tion of the BUS accessories, if any, has been successful.
Note: If there are no accessories, the above procedure will not need
to be carried out..
4.6. MEMORIZATION PROCEDURE OF THE STROKE
NOTICE: Before making the automation perform any movement,
make sure that the sectional door has the necessary safety stops
for both opening and closing.
To memorize the stroke:
1_ bring the sectional door to approx. 1 m from the fully closed posi-
tion;
2_ press buttons P1 and P2 simultaneously for about 5 sec.;
3_ the sectional door will start to open.
Note: If it closes, suspend the programming by resetting the electric
panel (remove the power supply to the panel for at least 5 seconds),
and then with the panel disconnected, invert the power supply wi-
res of the motor(s). Then resume the procedure from the 1st step.
Note: if the automation remains stationary, check the connections
of the inputs. Check that the DL4 LED is always on and if there are
any BUS accessories connected, the yellow DL3 must also be on,
while if no accessory is connected to terminals 3-4, the yellow DL3
will flash every 2 sec.
4 once is fully opened, the automation starts closing in search of the
closing stop (in this phase the control unit acquires all the parame-
ters relating to the stroke);
5 the automation performs a complete opening for the optimization of
the motor force during opening;
6 after a short pause, the automation performs a complete closure to
optimize the motor force during closure.
7_ when closing is complete, wait for the error signaling LED (DL2) to
flash every 4 sec.;
8_ the automation is now ready for normal operation.
ATTENTION:
- The procedure can be interrupted by pressing the STOP key.
