code to unblock the SIM Card.
To reverts this process, turn on the option Lock SIM card and input the new code to block the
SIM card

13 Troubleshooting

1. Slow First Start of Tablet
After Tablet system upgrade, the first boot shall need installing pre-installed software appli-
cations, so it will take about 2-3 minutes, but later it will be faster.
2. Poor Tablet 3G Network Signal
• Do make sure that the Tablet internal antenna is not covered.
• Where there is weaker signal or poorer reception, it may be in a non-signaled state.
3. Unavailable Tablet-WIFI Connection
• Do make sure the wireless router to provide network services is working properly.
• Do make sure that there is an appropriate distance between the Tablet and the wireless
router, with no walls or other obstructions in between.
• Do make sure you have entered the correct user name and password.
4. Tablet Feels Heated
When more than one application is used, or the screen is set to be brightest and it is being
charged, the Tablet may feel heated. This is normal.
5. It can not work normally due to the system abnormality
While you are installing some third-party applications, the system may not accordingly work
normally. You can press the Reset button (next to the power interface) to reset the system.
6. Unavailable Email Settings or Application Registration
• Make sure your network is normally connected to the Internet.
• Make sure the e-mails are right set.
• Make sure your system time agrees with the local time.
