LOW GAS PRESSURE SWITCH ADJUSTMENT

Adjust the gas pressure switch (6, fig. 1, page 1) by adjusting the graduated scale knob, after carrying out all the
other adjustments of the burner with the pressure switch adjusted at the beginning of the scale.
Let the burner work at the required output.
Close slowly the gate valve until the pressure, measured on the pressure switch gauge, comes down of 5 -
6 mbar with regard to the operation value.
Rotate slowly the pressure switch handle until the operation of the same pressure switch and the resultant
burner shutdown.
Open the gate valve completely.

ATTENTION
Before starting any work, the system's power supply must be cut off.

If the 6-pin plug is not required, remove it following the instructions given below:
unscrew the plug's screws and remove its cover;

unscrew the terminal screws and remove the connecting wires;

connect the connecting wires to the burner's terminal board, following the instructions given in the relevant

manual carefully.
CAUTION
Any operation on the train must be carried out by competent personnel.

Under no circumstances may work be carried out if there is gas pressure or electrical power. Avoid open

flames and observe the regulations currently in force
Protect the surfaces of the flange. Tighten the screws in criss-cross fashion. There must be no mechanical

tension when assembling the train: the train must not be used as a lever.
After dismantling and reassembling some parts you are advised to use new seals.

For the piping leak test, close the ball tap at the head of the gas train.

Once you have fixed the train, check it is sealed and works properly.

Failure to observe these instructions could result in injury to people or damage to property.

